Mayr 1810-KDNiSW Cable-Driven Regulator – Mechanical Manufacture Clock in Black Piano Lacquer
The Mayr Regulator 1810-KDNiSW combines traditional mechanical clockmaking with an exceptionally modern and purist design. Its high-quality solid wood case finished in elegant black piano lacquer, together with the black dial and chrome-plated applications, gives this mechanical wall clock a distinctive and sophisticated appearance.
At the heart of the clock is the newly developed mechanical HMW111 8-day cable-driven movement. The rhodium-plated manufacture movement features 17 ruby jewels and 9 precision ball bearings, as well as a Graham escapement and fine symmetry adjustment.
Mechanical Cable-Driven Movement with Half-Hour Strike
The clock is traditionally driven by weights and cables. Its mechanical movement features a half-hour strike on a gong spring, which can be switched off when desired.
The carbon-fibre rod pendulum requires no additional pendulum extension and therefore offers minimal thermal expansion. A solid pendulum bob complements the high-quality technical construction of the regulator.
Black Piano Lacquer and Exceptional Front Glass Mechanism
One of the distinctive design and construction features of this Mayr regulator is its front glass mechanism. Generous glazing and glass side panels provide an excellent view of the pendulum, weights and mechanical construction.
Bevelled glass, the deep black solid wood case and chrome-plated applications create an elegant contrast and give the clock its timeless, modern appearance.
Manufacture Production – Final Assembly and Regulation after Order
This high-quality mechanical clock is individually completed after the order is placed. Following receipt of the order, final assembly is carried out at the manufacture. The mechanical movement is then carefully regulated and the complete clock is inspected before dispatch.
These skilled finishing processes require a production and preparation time of approximately 4 weeks. This period is an integral part of the careful final assembly, regulation and quality control.
You will receive an individually completed mechanical manufacture clock that is final-assembled, regulated, inspected and prepared for delivery after your order has been placed.
